How to be calm when you feel like punching someone...
I know that at least once in your life, you will get one of those moments where you just feel like punching someone. I have a lot of these moments and most of these are to do with quite personal things so I won't share them with you, but I can tell you how to calm down when you are in this situation.

First of all, you should just try to ignore the person that you are angry at and if that fails, just go to a quiet place and shut yourself out from the world for a while. If this then fails, when the person next tries to annoy you, just show no emotion and they will soon get bored of doing it. Also, if that fails, tell that person exactly how you are feeling, whether that is in a letter or you physically tell them. These techniques may work better on some people more than others but these are just ways that have worked for me.
